This 6-week program helps overhaul processes for automation, guiding you through 6 core components to transform your business infrastructure and prepare for future growth. When should we choose Specialized AI Consulting instead? If your core systems are efficient but you need a specific high-value workflow automated—such as an automated bid follow-up or project management integration—Specialized Consulting is ideal. We directly manage the project to execute that specific scope without a general overhaul.

Implementation Methodology

Is this a "Done-For-You" service or do we do the work? Both MAP and Specialized Consulting use a "Done-With-You" model. Your team handles implementation tasks while we provide strategy, blueprints, and project management. We guide the build, ensure quality, and keep you on schedule, empowering your team to execute and build internal capabilities. How involved does my team need to be? Your team's involvement is crucial. For MAP, expect 2–5 hours per week to work through the modules. Timelines & Support

How long does the engagement last? MAP is a fixed 6-week program. Specialized Consulting is flexible and milestone-based, working in sprints to achieve specific outcomes. Once a workflow is built and verified, we can conclude the project or scope the next sprint, adapting to your needs. What happens if we need technical help between sessions? We provide email guidance within 1–2 business days to unblock you. Your team remains responsible for technical execution. For complex architectural issues, we may schedule a deep dive during your next consulting session to provide thorough support. What happens after the 6-week MAP program ends? By Week 6, your team will have implemented the 6 core components and completed their first AI projects. Many clients then transition to our Specialized AI Consulting model for ongoing, specific workflow development on a monthly or sprint basis, continuing their growth.

Policies & Logistics

What happens if we miss a scheduled consulting session? With 24+ hours notice, we will reschedule your session within the same week at no additional charge. No-shows without a reasonable explanation will be counted as delivered sessions to respect our consultants' time and maintain schedule integrity. Do you offer refunds? We do not offer refunds for completed or pre-scheduled sessions. If you are dissatisfied, please notify us 3 business days prior to your next session. We can then pause and discuss alternative solutions or adjust our project management approach to better meet your needs.
